From 1 June up to and including 15 July 2020, you can register for a minor for the upcoming academic year. Doing a minor gives you the opportunity to become acquainted with another discipline or to specialise in a certain course.
UM-wide minors are offered in the fifth semester and you will receive at least 24 ECTS.
Advantages of following a minor:
- you broaden your knowledge and understanding
- you bring new insights and ideas to your own discipline
- you develop academic skills beyond your own discipline
- it increases your chances of being admitted to a master’s degree outside your own field or discipline
- it gives you added value on the labour market as an ambitious academic with broad interests.
