FASoS training session: ‘Who is afraid of rubrics? Avoid pitfalls and save time’.
This two-hour session is intended for course coordinators who make use of rubrics or wish to make use of rubrics. You are encouraged to come with a colleague and work together to (re)design a rubric that will be useful to your course. The training will be scheduled to fit everyone’s schedule. For the academic year 2017-18, a pilot with five training sessions took place where staff could discuss themes such as different PBL tutor styles, peer feedback and diversity in the classroom. The last session in these pilot series is the sessions ‘Who is afraid of rubrics? Avoid pitfalls and save time’. The session was initially planned on 26 April, but we want to offer you the possibility to participate in the session in line with your other obligations. If at least five participants show interest the training will be scheduled via the Outlook Calendar at a time convenient for the staff involved.
