Results needed for the Scientific Report 2018

It is the time of the year again to register your research output in PURE, unless you have already done so.  Please fill in your 2018 output in PURE before 10 January 2019. A detailed overview of what to report can be found below. In case you do not have any output, please inform Lidwien Hollanders before the deadline.

Important: For all kinds of assessments, only output registered in PURE counts.

Or, in other words: if output is not registered in PURE, it does not exist.

In case you would like to use the support of the research office to fill in your results, you should contact Marjo Krebbeks before 17 December 2018.

The different output categories you have to report are part of the national Standard Evaluation Protocol (SEP). More information about SEP can be found here.

In Pure you should report the following for the Scientific Report 2018 (if applicable):

  • Article scientific refereed. For peer-reviewed journals it is NOT necessary to send anonymous referee reports. Online first publications of journal articles can be mentioned as 2018 publications. But: as soon as it appears in printed form it will not be included in the scientific report again.

  • Article professional (aimed at a professional audience)
  • Book scientific and Part of Book scientific. This is a publication at an academic publisher. In case a peer-review process has taken place, please indicate this. See instructions in the FASoS manual PURE.
  • Volume editorship. This is an edited volume, which can be either scientific/professional/popularizing. In case it is scientific and a peer-review process has taken place, please indicate this. See instructions in the FASoS manual PURE.

  • Conference presentations

Next to reporting in Pure please indicate in a separate document (sent to research-fasos@maastrichtuniversity.nl):
