We are Blueprint, a non-profit organisation founded by three students which collects pre-loved books and sells them for a minimal price.
We aim to promote sustainability and encourage people to read while giving something back to the local community. This is why we donate 100% of our profits to a local charity: Serve the City Maastricht. Non-locals like us often take much from the city without giving back, so this is a perfect opportunity to.
We love living in Maastricht, so getting more in touch with our environment other than on an academic side is important to us. Partnering up with Serve The City became an evidence after a preliminary meeting, as they are involved in all kinds of different projects within the local community. They organise cleanups in the city as well as activities for refugees and the elderly, to name but a few examples.
Our project being based around donations and word of mouth, we need your help to make sure Blueprint keeps growing strong. If you have books you want to get rid of, don’t hesitate to contact us.
