As a mentor, you meet up with your students as a group and individually some 7 times (first year mentors) or 3 times (second year mentors) throughout the year, to help your mentees reflect on their study skills and competences, and on their plans for the 3rd year and beyond.
No experience? No worries: The mentor team provide a training for incoming mentors as well as intervision moments and they also prepare you before each meeting with instructions for possible activities and topics to discuss.
