In line with its Strategic Plan (2016-20), the Faculty is currently working on a vision and an overview related to staff development. The Faculty aims for flexible staff development whereby the teachers themselves can make choices based on their (group) goal(s) or need(s) about what, when and how they learn.
The basis and inspiration for the staff development document mainly comes from the interests, needs and motivations expressed by teachers at FASoS. Now, we would like to further tune the set-up on the situation within FASoS. For those of you who had no chance yet to get involved, please look at the document via google docs.
