Jenny Fairbrass (University of East Anglia), Anna Herranz-Surrallés (Maastricht University) and Israel Solorio (Free University Berlin) have been awarded funding by the UK-based Academic Association for Contemporary European Studies (UACES) to set up a Collaborative Research Network (CRN) on EU Energy Policy.
The newly-funded CRN on EU Energy Policy, which already gathers some 30 academics and practitioners from all over Europe, will have the chance to organise a series of activities between 2015 and 2018, including a workshop in Maastricht.
The first event of the network will take place on 4-5 June 2015 at the Norwich Business School at the University of East Anglia. The CRN is also planning to organise a set of panels on “the external dimension of the EU energy and climate policies” at the next UACES annual conference to be held in Bilbao in September 2015. The deadline for the call for papers is 12 January 2015.
