Team UM Politics, consisting of Iskander, Johan, Patrick and Yf, was victorious is this year’s inter-university Tour de France game. They smashed the competition, 54 scholars from 5 other Belgian and Dutch universities. Iskander, Johan, Patrick and Yf each won at least 1 stage, with Iskander succeeding where Cav did not by winning no less than 5 sprint stages. Patrick won the GC, with Yf in second place. The team also won the team classification.
The team’s dominance led to mechanical doping claims by other riders, but the French ICT Police could not find any evidence of foul play on their computers.
