The rise of the Islamic State – Debate Café

Which factors have fuelled the rise of the militants proclaiming the Islamic State? Where do they get their money? What are the geopolitical consequences of the rise of IS? What can the international community do? How should the Western Jihadists in Syria and Iraq be dealt with and what if they return? Join and discuss these issues at the Debate Café organised in cooperation with ESA Concordantia at Bookshop Dominicanen on Tuesday 18 November, 20.00.
