Thomas Christiansen gave a lecture on “Globalization, Regionalization and Fragmentation” to the participants of the senior course at the NATO Defense College in Rome on 7 March 2016. The course involves 85 high-ranking officers from NATO member states and partner countries around the world. Prof. Christiansen’s lecture focused on contemporary challenges to regional governance and was followed by discussions with participants in smaller groups.
