Come by and try it out for yourself! You can find The Mindfulnest in the inner-city library at Grote Looiersstraat 17. You can also reserve a spot.
Settle into a comfortable position and relax in your own way. Catch your breath, listen to the offered meditation and mindfulness exercises, sit in silence, or use your own meditation app. By taking a seat in The Mindfulnest you can increase your concentration, reduce stress and feel empowered to embrace your day with more energy!
