UM Information Session ‘H2020 Societal Challenge 6’, on 8 May

Are you interested in EU collaborative projects mainly in the domain of social sciences and humanities? Then the H2020 Societal Challenge 6 ‘Europe in a changing world: inclusive, innovative and reflective societies’ might be of interest to you. On Tuesday 8 May (11.00-13.00) a UM information session takes place. The meeting is intended for researchers and other interested people who want to know more about preparing a H2020 proposal.

The work programme of societal challenge 6 covers the following four coherent themes.

  1. Co-creating between policy, citizens and the private sector.
  2. Reversing inequalities
  3. To understand and strengthen the position of Europe within the world
  4. Reflection on shared and different histories within Europe.

During the meeting the Dutch national contact point for Horizon 2020, experiences of preparing a proposal as a coordinator as well as UM and commercial support are highlighted. The programme is as follows:

  • 11.00 – 11.05: Opening and welcome
  • 11.05 – 11.30: Work Programme Societal Challenge 6 2018 – 2020
  • 11.30 – 11.55: Preparing a Horizon 2020 proposal as coordinator
  • 11.55 – 12.10: Break
  • 12.10 – 12.25: What can a consultant do for your proposal?
  • 12.25 – 12.40: Application form, evaluation procedure, tips and tricks
  • 12.40 – 13.00: Q&A

The location will be communicated after registration. If you would like to attend, register by filling in the registration form by 4 May.
