UM sports online home workout

Because we now all work from home, it is a challenge to get our daily exercise. However (especially in this situation), it remains very important to stay physically active.

Below, you can find a few helpful tips and videos for home workouts.

  • Try to stand up every hour for 5 minutes
  • Make sure you take those coffee/tea/water breaks as you do in the office
  • Try to walk around while making a phone call
  • Stretch, particularly your upper body at least two times a day
  • Try out the videos below and do a Health & Fitness Express break at home!
