Since many FASoS students are members of the University Orchestra, we would like to warmly invite you to our winter concerts ‘From Paris to Vienna: a musical journey’ which will take place in the evening of Thursday 23 January at 20:00 in the St. Jan’s church in Maastricht and in the evening of Sunday 26 January at 20:00 in the LIMBURGzaal at the Heerlen Theatre (Parkstad Limburg Theaters). Admission fee: €10, students €5
At our two winter concerts, we will be taking you on a melodic journey from early 19th century Paris to Vienna, with lovely pieces by Charles Gounod, François-Adrien Boieldieu and Ludwig van Beethoven. Definitely not to be missed is Beethoven’s ‘Romance for Violin and Orchestra’, performed with our soloist Makiko Hirayama!
