The profile pages project team is working hard to solve the technical problems with the pages, but unfortunately there are still some issues left:
- After editing your profile page via My UM all changes are visible on the intranet immediately. If you choose to make them visible on the internet as well, they will only be published the next day. This delay is being looked into.
- Some profiles are still missing or show the wrong faculty name. This also causes incompleteness of automated staff overviews on several FASoS webpages. This problem will be solved in the next few days.
- You can upload 5 documents to your personal profile page (e.g. your Curriculum Vitae). All other PDF publications that have been uploaded in the past (via the webcoordinator) should be moved to Pure. Please contact Lidwien Hollanders if you have questions about Pure.
The Marketing and Communications Office will keep you informed about the status of the personal profile pages regularly.
