Update your Pure research output for 2022

It is the time of year again to register your research output in Pure, unless you have already done so. Please enter your 2022 output in Pure before Monday 16 January 2023.

Read on for more details.

If you require assistance, please provide a Word document detailing your publications to k.vanhonk@maastrichtuniversity.nl.

Important: for all kinds of institutional and individual assessments, only output registered in Pure counts. In other words: if output is not registered in Pure, it does not exist!

In Pure you must report the following:

  • Article scientific refereed
  • Article scientific non-refereed
  • Article professional
  • Book scientific*
  • Part of Book scientific*
  • Volume editorship*
  • Book professional
  • Part of Book professional
  • Book popularising
  • Part of Book popularising
  • Special journal issue editing
  • Inaugural speech
  • Reports

*Please remember to mark peer-reviewed scientific books and book chapters with the keyword ‘7 Refereed’ under ‘UM Classifications’.

You can find the different Pure templates in the FASoS Pure manual (available here). If your publication has a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) please include it.

You can also record activities in Pure. At FASoS, you are invited to include these, but it is not obligatory. You can list these using the templates given in the FASoS Pure manual.

Should you have questions about Pure, or no output to report, please let Kim van Honk know via k.vanhonk@maastrichtuniversity.nl.
