Wellbeing Wednesday events February – June

Kicking off the new semester, the Wellbeing Movement is introducing Wellbeing Wednesdays.

We present you with a series of five events; for an entire day every month, the Wellbeing Movement will host interactive lectures, workshops, talks and other activities centred on and around specific wellbeing topics.

Our first Wellbeing Wednesday will focus on the topic of Study Skills and Mindset. All activities are open to students of all faculties, as well as to staff. Learn effective learning strategies, how to improve your presentation skills, and reconnect with yourself to better your mindset. Check out our programme and make sure to register quickly if you would like to attend.
