With the submissions window open until the end of April for prose, flash fiction, poetry, paintings, photos and art work for the FASoS anthology, the follow up to Quarantine Spring produced last year, there is still time to create new work and explore novel ways of writing.
Paul Stephenson will run three lunchtime creative writing workshops via Zoom. Each will last 90 mins and take place on Friday 23, Monday 26 and Friday 30 April from 12.00 – 13.30.
No experience is needed to take part and there is no obligation to contribute work to the anthology as a result of the workshops, nor to read back what you write. The sessions will consist of free writing and writing exercises, using contemporary poems as prompts.
Depending on demand, the three workshops will be different so you are welcome to attend one or all three. Should the lunchtime slot not be possible, there might also be the possibility to organise a late afternoon session. To enable session preparation and the planning of content according to participants, please contact Paul Stephenson directly at p.stephenson@maastrichtuniversity.nl indicating the dates you can make and, if you like, a little about your interests and experience of writing.
